Medication reviews are an integral part of providing a safe and effective care for our patients and you will be asked to attend promptly for medication reviews. Please respond to any prompts you receive in this regards.

Requests can be put in the repeat prescription boxes provided, or please request in Reception. Please allow at least
two working days for repeat prescription requests. You may continue with your orders via your authorised pharmacist as well. From 1st April 2015, we will NOT be accepting any requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone. This reflects a change in local policies.
Please note: If you require your repeat prescription to be posted to you please include a self-addressed & stamped envelope along with your prescription request. We can also arrange for prescriptions to be faxed or collected by one of the local pharmacies. Please call and discuss with a member of the reception team.

To Register for Patient Access
You must be a fully registered patient and need a letter from us containing personalised access codes. To get this letter you need to come to Reception and ask for 'Registration for Patient Access'.
Once you have the access codes and instructions you can connect to the EMIS Access website at any time and register.
