To reduce your chances of catching COVID-19 and to reduce the pressure on the GP practice during this busy time, appointments will be carried out over the phone, video or through online consultations, unless there is a clinical need for you to come into the practice. This will help minimise risk while continuing to ensure people get the care and advice they need.
Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms
Stay at home if you have either:
a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
